The Grand Blanc Arts Council has been more a state-of-mind sort of arts council over the past decade. Today, on the brink of finally having a home, the Grand Blanc Arts Council is ready to meet the challenge of our day and that is to help reinvent who we are and why we do the things we do in the name of Reinvention.
